We aim to reply within 7 days for general enquiries, sooner for legal requests with statutory deadlines (DMCA, GDPR rights).
Reporting users / content
Use the Reportaction on the offending thread or reply (three-dot menu) — that goes straight to the moderator queue. Don’t use email for individual content reports; the in-app flow is faster.
