GTAInfinity respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of its users. This page explains how to submit a copyright takedown notice and how we respond.
This is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All GTA-related trademarks and visual assets remain the property of their owners.
Submitting a takedown notice
If you believe content on GTAInfinity infringes your copyright, send a notice via /contact containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorised representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A specific URL or other location on GTAInfinity where the infringing material appears.
- Your full contact information: name, address, telephone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner''s behalf.
We aim to respond to valid notices within 14 days. Incomplete notices may be rejected.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice via the same contact channel including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material will be terminated. We log takedown actions for this purpose.

Send all notices to the email published on the Contact page. Our designated DMCA contact is the site operator listed there.
