By creating an account or using GTAInfinity (the site) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material
- Post NSFW content or content depicting minors in a sexualised manner
- Share stolen mods, leaked assets you do not have rights to share, or pirated content
- Spam, phish, or otherwise abuse the site or its users
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or moderation tools
- Use the site to deliver malware or run automated scraping at scale

2. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant GTAInfinity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and surface your content within the site.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
3. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content, hide threads, lock discussions, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion when content or behaviour violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
Moderators and Founders may edit, feature/unfeature, or delete content as part of normal moderation. Founders may edit any post; moderators have moderation tools but cannot edit user-authored content.
4. Affiliation
GTAInfinity is an unofficial fan project. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All Rockstar / GTA logos, trademarks, and visual assets belong to their respective owners.
5. Liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of user-submitted information, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTAInfinity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms.
7. Future features
These Terms cover features as they exist today. New features (e.g. paid memberships, marketplace functionality) may add additional terms specific to those features at the time they launch.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator''s jurisdiction. Disputes arising from your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
9. Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be announced in the site banner. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
